SKILLS

Since 1995 I have been working with different aspects of structural and chemical characterization, and applied to several structures; from plant cells exposed to micro-gravity to novel composite materials based on nanocellulose. During the last years I have been a principal researcher at the PFI, Paper and novel materials group. I have been manager of various national and international projects. Presently, I am the lead scientist of the Biocomposite area at PFI and the project manager of the NanoHeal project, where we focus on activities related to nanocellulose production, its characterization, modification and application as a biomaterial.
