SKILLS
Development of automated methods for characterization and quantification of paper and print quality. Microscopy, image processing and analysis, light (LM, CLSM) and electron microscopy (TEM, SEM), sample preparation for TEM/SEM and light microscopy. Comprehensive experience with analysis of surface structures based on SEM, laser profilometry, white light interferometry and other optical devices. Analysis of 3D structures, based on light microscopy (serial sectioning), SEM (serial grinding) and X-ray microtomography. Structural characterisation of bio-based nano-materials, microfibrillar cellulose, nanocellulose.
